We are so into sneaker outfits now, mostly because we have the cutest selection of sneakers. But sneakers and leggings can be so overdone, and not super comfortable for summer time. Well, our favorite new combo you have to master is a mini floral dress, a tough topper, comfortable, but forward, sneakers. Thankfully Stephanie Horne has got you totally covered in all 3 parts! The best part of this go-to outfit? It can be recreated with any number of summery dresses, perennially cool outerwear (like a denim jacket or army trench), comfortable rubber sole for equal results! YOU must try this look to master it for your summer looks!
We love celebrities airport style. Their looks always give us inspiration for our next travel or just everyday life. While, most keep it casual- they always appear effortlessly chic in they ensembles. If you’re wearing sneakers, elevate the rest of your look ( such as blogger babe Song of Style, bottom row second from the left). Or as Miss Selena Gomez, wore a matching sweatsuit and added a pair of heels and managed to look phenomenal! Overall stay comfortable is key, and clearly… adding a giant pair of sunnies!
Milwaukee summer is coming, we hope! Prepare yourself, and your precious clothes, for the heat!
Your ugly sweat stains that ruin your clothes are actually caused by your antiperspirant! What clothes should you avoid? Unfortunately, your favorite white tees are the worst. Cotton is made from cellulose which interacts with antiperspirant causing that awful yellowing. You should stick with a more breathable fabric, and trying bold colors, lace, or sheer fabrics will help y0u keep cool!
Either way, we cannot wait for summer to come!
We are so excited that J/Slides Aurora’s are finally in-store! Pom pom sneakers are the latest sneaker trend! Wearing hats to the Derby has a history! In the general admission infield, hats tend to be eccentric, while those in the seated areas verge toward elegant. Almost all come with some combination of feathers, flowers, and ribbon, and the finished product is believed to bring good luck to gamblers at the races.
Here are some great Stephanie Horne Boutique Derby dresses!! Just add your fabulous hat!

We are so excited for our Chloe and Isabel Trunk Show! Any company that supports women and creates jobs, we love! Even their mission statement has us excited…
” Our mission is to help tackle the financial needs of the modern woman – to provide the training and tools to accomplish her goals, whatever they may be.”
Here is some background on this very popular, and fast growing jewelry company!
I conceived of Chloe + Isabel as a place where smart, creative and confident women could play a significant role in creating an innovative new business model where they were at the center. Chloe + Isabel is both a brand and opportunity that combines elements of direct sales, retail and eCommerce with the sole purpose of providing a more meaningful experience to the modern woman. My mission was, and remains to this day, to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs through social retail.
Chloe + Isabel is the opportunity I wish I had when I was a young, ambitious woman with the goal of one day being my own boss. Today, I see in our Merchandisers that same drive I had when I first stepped out on my own, moving away from home at the age of 13 to pursue my education. I began working and saving up for school, and ultimately turned to a direct selling opportunity which paid my way through college. While it allowed me to make the money I needed, and gave me confidence in running my own business, I would have loved to have built my resume with an even wider set of skills, as well as been connected to a community of like-minded women.
After college graduation, I began a 15 year career in jewelry design, development, and merchandising at industry heavyweights like Target Corp., Macy’s, Gap Inc., and LVMH, as well as brands like Kenneth Cole, Cartier, Tiffany and Co. and Ippolita. In 2010, I was offered my dream job as a Chief Merchant of one of my favorite designer jewelry brands. At that time, the U.S. economy was suffering, and with the high unemployment rate, particularly for Gen Y, I kept asking myself, “What can I do with my experience and skillset that will make a real difference in this world, and for these young women?”
It had taken me years to climb the corporate ladder and gain the skills I needed to run my own fashion business. Here was a chance to share my knowledge with today’s women so they wouldn’t have to wait, or potentially never get the exposure they needed. I wanted to help them reach their goals, whether they were financial or skill-based. We can be her stepping-stone or her destination. Chloe + Isabel was created to be a brand people would love, and more importantly, an opportunity our Merchandiser could believe in.
Over here at Stephanie Horne, we LOVE Seavees. Comfort and styles that can’t be beat. Here is a little background on this innovative company… and a view of our current Seavees collection.
“Established in 1964, SeaVees is the original way to go casual. With a groundbreaking advertising campaign throughout the 1960s, SeaVees pioneered the transformation of the sneaker from gym shoe to casual shoe. For any social affair, one could show up in SeaVees; a comfortable sneaker with the sophistication of a dressier shoe.
