All Stephanie Horne shoppers must register an account with us to make purchases. To register, enter your name, email address, and password. Your email address will function as your username each time you log in. Passwords are case sensitive and must include a number or punctuation character.

The first time you make a purchase, you will be prompted to enter your shipping and billing addresses and credit card information. This information will be stored on our secure server, making all subsequent checkouts fast and easy.

Placing An Order and Checking Out

Placing An Order

When you add an item to your cart, you will be prompted to either Continue Shopping or Check Out. If you click Check Out, you will be brought to your cart. You can also view your cart by clicking My Cart in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
From your cart, you can:
• Move an item from your cart to your Wish List.
• Remove an item from your cart.
• Adjust quantities.
• Apply promotional codes/coupons.
Items will be saved in your cart, but merchandise availability is not guaranteed.

Checking Out

When you are ready to purchase the items in your cart, click the Proceed to Checkout button. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. If you do not already have an account with us, you will need to create one.

Checkout involves 3 simple steps: Shipping, Payment, and Confirm Order.

Please note: Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Stephanie Horne, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.

Because of the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Order Processing Information

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Most orders ship within 1 business day of order verification.

Stephanie Horne will contact you with a follow up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

We use USPS Global services for all shipments outside of the USA.

If your order is a gift, the package will be marked “Gift”, but the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of the gift item directly on the package.


Your privacy is important to us and we care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross border shipments are subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities.

We provide certain order, shipment, and product information such as description to our international carriers. This information may be communicated by carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from Stephanie Horne you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Stephanie Horne. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Possible Delays

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.


We ship to military addresses using USPS Priority Mail for a fee of $15
Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by the USPS.

PO Boxes

At this time we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Restrictions

Stephanie Horne complies with specific shipping restrictions determined by international trading regulation, as well as those contractually set by our vendors.

Items made of exotic skins and furs cannot be shipped outside of the United States, and jewelry items are restricted from shipping to certain countries. In addition to being restricted from shipping to Non USA addresses, items made of python cannot be shipped to California.

Price Matching

At the time of purchase, Stephanie Horne will match other online retailer's advertised prices.

• Price match must be on merchandise of identical style and color.
• The merchandise must be first quality.
• The retailer's promotions must be visible on their site for verification.
• The retailer's website must be an authorized distributor of the brand.

• Stephanie Horne does not consider websites which operate as an auction, discounter or liquidator as competitors and therefore will not match prices of these retailers.
• During Stephanie Horne promotions, items can be discounted through either a price match or a Stephanie Horne promotion, but not a combination of both.

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
• Merchandise must have all tags attached
• Some items from Stephanie Horne ship with an attached security tag
• Merchandise returned without the original security tag or a damaged security tag may result in a delayed refund or many not qualify for a refund
• Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD will be denied and /or the COD amount may be deducted from your return
• Final Sale items may not be returned

Refunds and Processing Time

If your package arrives at Stephanie Horne within the 30 day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Stephanie Horne.

Important Sales Tax Information for Colorado, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee and Vermont Customers

We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. This law is currently the subject of a legal challenge brought by the Direct Marketing Association and others. For Oklahoma purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the Oklahoma individual income tax return [Form 511] or by filing a consumer use tax return [Form 21-1]. South Dakota
For South Dakota purchasers, the tax may be paid on the South Dakota use tax form. The use tax form and corresponding instructions are available on the South Dakota Department of Revenue website. We are required to provide the notice (but not the reports) above for South Dakota purchases based on South Dakota law (SB 146) enacted in April 2011.

Please be aware that purchases shipped to Tennessee may be subject to Tennessee Use Tax (T.C.A. § 67-6-210) unless an exemption exists under Tennessee law. A sale is not exempt under Tennessee law because it is made through the Internet. Payments of applicable Tennessee use tax may be made through the Tennessee Department of Revenue's Website at
